One of my beliefs is that the only place one can go when they are down is up. Many things in life shatter our hopes, beliefs, expectations and dreams.
When you experience brokenness the pieces hurt- it makes sense because broken things, i.e (a glass or a vase) has jagged edges. However, those same broken and jagged edges can be put back together again.
When you reach that point of being or feeling “cast down” in spirit, I want you to know that healing is possible. I am not saying anything that I haven’t experienced.
Woman, you are stronger than you think, it is time to heal and soar.
